They include both plastic-coated paper wallpapers, as well as vinyl cladding, polyethylene and films.

Washable wallpapers are coated with a thin, transparent vinyl layer, protecting them against staining and making it easier to keep them clean, therefore they are perfect for the kitchen, bathrooms and children's rooms. However, they are difficult to remove from the walls later. Often, wallpapers of this type are available in a self-adhesive version.

Vinyl wallpaper should not be confused with washable wallpaper, although it is also easy to clean with a soft brush. Vinyl wallpapers require the use of glue with the addition of a fungicide. It is simply a thick layer of vinyl lined up with a thin layer of paper.

Self-adhesive wallpapers are coated on the left side with a water-soluble adhesive. Before placing them on the wall, they must be immersed in water. Their advantage is the even distribution of the glue layer and saving the tedious work associated with coating the wallpaper with glue.. Vinyl wallpapers, washable and chipboard are generally self-adhesive.

The insulating foam is glued to the wall after applying it with glue. It is a lightweight material, slightly resembling printed fabric. It is warm to the touch and not glued with paper, making it easy to tear it off the wall later.

Vinyl foam is intended as a base for the paint layer. It is stronger than embossed paper and does not deteriorate under pressure. It is warm pressed after printing. This creates a convex pattern on the right side, while the left side remains smooth.

Vinyl relief coverings are manufactured based on modern photographic techniques, for realistic glaze imitations. It is a cheap substitute for ceramic lining.

Metallized foil is a plastic foil with embossed colored patterns reflecting light. Only a perfectly smooth wall is a good foundation for it, as any defects are revealed in sunlight.
